Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days after confirmation.

For handcrafted or made-to-order pieces, processing time may extend depending on the complexity of the product. Customers will be informed in such cases.

Metro Cities: 5–7 business days
Non-Metro Locations: 7–12 business days

Delivery timelines may vary based on location, logistics availability, and external conditions.

Shipping Charges

Free shipping may be offered on select products or promotions.
For large or heavy sculptures, additional shipping charges may apply based on location and weight.
