At Dabas Store, our products are carefully manufactured, finished, inspected, and securely packed before dispatch. Many of our products are decorative, artistic, and delicate in nature and therefore require careful handling during installation, transportation, and use.

Due to the nature of our products, Dabas Store follows a No Refund and No Return Policy.

1. No Refund Policy

All purchases made through Dabas Store are considered final and non-refundable.

Once an order has been confirmed and processed, we do not provide refunds for:

  • Change of mind

  • Personal preference

  • Incorrect product selection

  • Size or colour preference

  • Products no longer required

  • Failure to carefully handle or maintain the product

  • Minor variations in colour, texture, finish, or appearance that may naturally occur due to the manufacturing process

We therefore request customers to carefully review the product details before placing an order.

2. No Return Policy

We generally do not accept product returns or exchanges after delivery.

Our products are packed and dispatched after appropriate quality checks. Since many of our sculptures, décor pieces, artefacts, and other products require careful handling, returns may expose products to unnecessary transportation and handling risks.

For this reason, customers are requested to make their purchase decision carefully before confirming an order.

3. Product Handling & Care

Our products should be handled with appropriate care, particularly during:

  • Unpacking

  • Installation

  • Transportation

  • Relocation

  • Cleaning

  • Storage

Customers are responsible for following any product-specific handling or care instructions provided with their purchase.

Damage caused by improper handling, installation, transportation after delivery, accidental impact, negligence, or improper storage will not qualify for a return or refund.

4. Before Placing Your Order

Before confirming your purchase, we recommend checking:

  • Product dimensions

  • Material and finish

  • Colour and appearance

  • Product specifications

  • Quantity required

  • Installation or placement requirements

  • Delivery address

If you need clarification about a product, our team will be happy to assist you before you place your order.

5. Damaged Package at Delivery

We take reasonable care to package products securely for transportation. If a package appears visibly damaged at the time of delivery, customers should immediately document the condition with photographs or video and contact the Dabas Store team.

Any such concern will be reviewed based on the circumstances and available evidence. Reporting a damaged package does not automatically guarantee a refund, return, or replacement.

6. Defective or Incorrect Product

If you believe that you have received a product that is materially different from what was ordered or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery with:

  • Order number

  • Product details

  • Clear photographs

  • Unboxing video, where available

  • Description of the issue

We will review the matter and determine the appropriate resolution, where applicable.

7. Order Cancellation

Orders that have already been processed, manufactured, packed, or dispatched may not be eligible for cancellation.

If you need to request a cancellation, contact us as soon as possible after placing the order. Cancellation requests will be considered based on the status of the order.

8. Important Notice

Dabas Store’s products are often handcrafted or finished individually. Therefore, minor variations in colour, texture, pattern, finishing, or appearance may occur and are not necessarily considered defects.
